It was a VERY busy first 2 weeks.
We bought a car, a 2010 Ford Escape. We must have visited about 12 dealerships in total - Honda, Toyota, Ford, Subaru, Volkswagon and then once we settled on the Escape, a few Ford dealerships to find the best price. We're going to try to be a 1-car family for now.
I upgraded to a big girl phone - no more cheapo, pay as you go phones for me. I am now the proud owner of an iphone! I'm still figuring out the world of apps, but I'm loving it so far.
While we shopped for a car, we also started house hunting in Montclair, NJ. I always swore I would never live in New Jersey, but it seems I was mistaken :) We put in an offer on a house at the beginning of our 2nd week home, and after a few negotiations, it was accepted! We just finished attorney review yesterday, the inspector comes this Sunday, and we have a scheduled closing date of August 31st.

Our little girl is growing big and strong in my belly. She kicks all the time now, and we've finally had time recently to focus on picking out furniture for her nursery and researching all the gear we're going to need once she arrives in November.
